JULIE LOWE

Hi, I'm Julie.

I'm a Certified High Performance Coach and NeuroCoach. Put simply, I help people perform at their best by using coaching practices rooted in neuroscience to improve clarity and focus so they can get more done––without collateral damage to their relationships or well-being.

I have spent more than a decade working closely with ambitious entrepreneurs as they scale their businesses and this experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the problems associated with toxic hustle culture and the root causes of burnout.

In 2020 amid the pandemic and trying to juggle running my business and parenting two boys who were now at home with me all day, I started to experience intense anxiety and overwhelm.

My personal struggles put me on a quest to learn more about how our brains and bodies actually work. I couldn't get enough of this research and became certified in many different techniques and modalities to understand how people can truly thrive in all areas of life.

I have since uncovered how the most successful people in the world seem to get it all done while still having a well-balanced life –– even during challenging times. This journey inspired my book, A Few Good Habits, which debuted as a #1 Bestseller on Amazon and was a Woman's Day Book Series Pick.

"Kind, caring, and competent. I know of very few coaches who can coach you on your business one minute, then turn around and challenge your limiting beliefs the next, but without making you feel like crap about it." -TaVona
