JULIE LOWE
Author | Speaker | Coach

Hi, I'm Julie.

I'm a Certified Life & Business Coach. My obsession with marketing started back in high school with my first internship, and it’s been full speed ahead ever since.

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and small biz owners to build high-converting campaigns, scale their businesses, and dial in their positioning.

Along the way, I’ve also witnessed the cost of entrepreneurship—the overwhelm and sacrifices it demands. Now, I focus on helping my clients achieve sustainable growth with actionable strategies to grow your business—minus the burnout.

In 2020, juggling my business and two boys at home during the pandemic pushed me to my limits. That turning point led me to study brain-based coaching and high-performance habits—tools I now use to help my clients thrive.

That journey inspired my book, A Few Good Habits, which debuted as an Amazon #1 Bestseller and was chosen as a Woman’s Day Book Series Pick. Now, I’m on a mission to help ambitious entrepreneurs build thriving businesses while actually enjoying their lives.
